Location and Geofencing

Location of employees at the time of punch-in and punch-out is captured by the system. The system provides for configuring authorized locations for automatic validation. If employees punch in/out away from authorized geo-fence, attendance won't be marked and you will be alerted. PluxAI also supports punch-ins by field staff at customer locations.

Realtime warning & greetings

PluxAI has features to warn habitual late comers real-time and greet staff members for special occasions like birthdays and festivals. It can also make special announcements for top performing employees.

Leave Management

PluxAI provides for easy management of various types of leaves like Earned Leave, Sick Leave and Compensatory Leave with organization level custom rules.

Offline Mode

While PluxAI works with internet connectivity, if for some reason connectivity is not available on the terminal, users can still do punch-in and punch-out with Employee Id and selfie.

How it works

Use of Face Recognition enables the most authentic attendance capture. Proxy punching, faking attendance, etc are not possible with PluxAI. PluxAI attendance system is deployed in two modes.

Mobile App Model:

Getting started – Setup account on PluxAI and add team members. Login credentials are sent automatically to the team members.

Setup – Staff members need to install the PluxAI app on their mobile phones and login using the credentials shared and follow the instructions. Their face data will be captured one-time. On completion of setup, administrator will be notified. Administrator needs to verify the face data captured.

Punch-in & Punch-out - Staff will have to use the mobile application to punch-in and punch-out everyday before start and end of work. The location of punching is captured along with the time and photograph for your reference. If any record was suspicious, the administrators will be alerted.

Kiosk Model:

Getting started – Setup account on PluxAI and add team members.

Setup – PluxAI app needs to be installed on the tablet to be used in kiosk. Face data of staff members need to be captured one-time. All recorded faces will become recognizable and staff members can mark attendance using face recognition.

Punch-in & Punch-out - Staff will need to stand in front of the kiosk tablet for their punch-in and punch-out everyday before start and end of work. The location of punching is captured along with the time and photograph for your reference. If any record was suspicious, the administrators will be alerted.
